Cells Optimization for Achieving Radio KPI’s:
      -  NETWORK & Cell LEVEL KPIs: SDCCH DROPS, SDCCH BLOCKING, SDCCH CONGESTION, TCH DROPS, TCH BLOCKING, TCH CONGESTION, TASR, HOSR, RASR and PSR.
    Monitoring of 2G Radio Network KPIs using M2000i and CME tool.
    Ensuring Network Quality by Analyzing Daily and Weekly worst cells and troubleshooting
    Definition and configuration of KPIs using M2000
    Identify & Resolve RF Problems either due to parameters or hardware
    Cell level Radio Parameter audit & Tuning and clear discrepancies
    Audit of KPI Counter and formula
    Responsibility of AMR half rate tuning of circle level.
    Involve in NQI Improvement as per grade of services
    Working on critical network issues with NHQ, TAC and Vendor Team.
    Analysis of TCH and SDCCH congestion cell on daily basis and resolving the problem of cells having higher congestion by addition of TRUs / getting dblocked
    Reducing interference, neighbor orientation for best possible coverage and improving KPIs.
    Macro cell and Microcell Planning to offload adjacent site and improved coverage.
    Coverage enhancement solution using equipment viz. High Gain Antenna, TMA, Outdoor Repeaters, extending IBS, etc.
    Daily analysis of Network Performance and Troubleshooting according to the problems existing in the network.
    Migration plan to share the traffic.
    Analyzing Layer 3 Message & Layer 2 Controls to find cause of Handover failures, Blocked Calls Dropped Calls & Abnormal network behaviors.
    New Sites Optimization & Acceptance to Customer
    Analyzing Log files of Drive Tests for Coverage, Quality Problems and Handover Optimization
    Identify DIP reason when KPI degrade than previous day or week.       
    Handled the TRAI audit activities from RF end.
    Planning & design of IBS.
    RF Planning for Coverage & Capacity mobile cell sites.

    LAC / PCU Planning.
